Pebax® powder coating is a solution againts corrosion of those metallic parts that work under stretching conditions, compression, bending or impact, where other more rigid coatings would either make this motion difficult or would break down.
Pebax® is constituted by several rigid polyamide blocks combined with flexible polyether blocks. This combination enables Pebax® to reach intermediate features between thermoplastic and rubber materials.
Its low melting point – 147oC- allows an easy application on a wide range of supports.
